Inspiredfoodie.com is my online archive of foodie experiments, as the name implies. Culinary adventures is a passionate hobby of mine because it’s very relaxing compared to my work as a business owner, entrepreneur and web professional.

Food is an adventure through the variety of cultures and the history of our world. I often find it teaches me not only about the differences in culture, but also the similarities.

For instance, I have a barbecue sauce recipe from my uncle, Bobby, who has sworn me to secrecy. I’m sure that somewhere there is also someone of Korean, Middle-eastern or some other ethnic decent different from mine who also has a top-secret family barbecue sauce recipe.

The kitchen is a relaxing refuge from the day-to-day. In it, I am a student of the world and history.
